1. Scope of Services

1.1 We offer graphic design services including but not limited to ebook covers, audiobook cover, and print cover designs.

1.2 The specific details of the Services to be provided, including deliverables, timelines, and pricing, will be outlined in a separate agreement between you and the Company.

2. Client Responsibilities

2.1 You agree to provide clear and timely communication with the Company throughout the duration of the project.

2.2 You are responsible for providing all necessary materials, content, and feedback required for the completion of the Services.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 All intellectual property rights in the deliverables created by the Company as part of the Services shall remain the property of the Company until full payment has been received.

3.2 Upon full payment, ownership of the deliverables will be transferred to you, subject to any third-party rights.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment for the Services shall be made through payment aggregator/gateway on the website, and are subject to the payment aggregator’s terms and conditions, which you agree to adhere to by purchasing a cover through the Service.

4.2 In the event of late payment, the Company reserves the right to suspend work on the project until payment is received.

5. Refunds and Exchanges

5.1 Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are not made once a purchase is made.

6. Confidentiality

6.1 Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.

6.2 The Company may use your project as a case study or portfolio example, subject to your consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the Services/products.

8. Indemnification

8.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Krafty Vibes and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

9.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vadodara, India.

10. Amendments

10.1 The Company reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
