Refund/Cancellation Policy 

Krafty Vibes ("we", "us", or "our") operates KraftyVibes.com (the "Website"). This page informs you of our policies regarding refunds and cancellations. Our refund/cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

Non-Delivery: In the event that the product is not delivered to the customer due to a system/server/technical error.

Unavailability: If the product is not available for download by the customer due to reasons for which the Operator is responsible.

 

Corrupt File: If the product file is found to be corrupt and a new file is not delivered within 72 hours of the customer's request.

 

Repurchase Error: If the customer mistakenly repurchases the product after an initial purchase error, or orders 2 quantities of the same product in error.

 

Cancellation & Refunds: Order cancellation and refunds are applicable if the product was a custom-made book cover and the design process has not yet commenced.

Please note the following additional conditions:

Refunds will not be granted if the above conditions are not met, and the Operator reserves the right to reject refund requests.

 

Products may not be returned solely due to incompatibility with the customer's software or device, or if the customer simply changes their mind about the product after purchase.
